They call them selves a convenience shop, they also say the do returns for Evri, however if the box is a shoe size then you don't want to know, so what should have taken 3 to 4 minutes, it took me 45 minutes, if there not willing to take parcels back that are over a shoe box size then maybe they shouldn't do it at all

The after care of Gatfire is appalling. I was told when fireplace was fitted if there were any issues to phone them, which I did, repeatedly. Was told they would send someone round but nobody came. I have sent e-mails and they said they had contacted manufacturers of the stone hearth. I have not heard anything else from them despite my follow up calls. I have given up now but regret using this company. Steer well clear.

Met Lauren at Cozen Beauty and skincare a few weeks ago. Consultation was very good discussing options of what I wanted done. Been today for first RF treatment was nervous but Lauren was very reassuring and I felt more relaxed. Lovely decor and nice relaxing atmosphere. They have lots of beauty and skincare options available and the facial cream kit by Image MD is lovely my skin was looking more fresh and Tone after 4-5 days. Looking forward to my next session. I highly recommend Cozen Beauty

Waste of Time and Money. HLD advertised a service that they could not deliver, then wasted my time promising to resolve this issue, and did nothing about it. Then repeatedly contradicted themselves in trying to excuse their incompetencies. Not a professional outfit at all. I have since moved to a conveyancing firm with whom I can talk directly on all aspects of my purchase.
