We came across Rockhopper Locks by chance online and so glad it was Dave we decided to call as the whole experience has been excellent. Dave @ Rockhopper is polite, professional, quick to respond and from first phone call to initial visit was less than 30 minutes! We had quite a bit of work needing done as we are a commercial property and once the work was started Dave was very efficient and communication was excellent in terms of letting us know his plan. Would definitely recommend!

Surrey — A non-emergency job to fix lock to upvc door following a botched attempt by me. Refreshing that the locksmith kept me informed when unable to keep appointed time. V.knowledgeable and v.satisfied with professional job. Also helpful answering and advising on a couple of other queries. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Cannot fault Rockhopper. They responded immediately to a request and were able to attend almost immediately (it was not an urgent request!)
Dave was very professional, ensuring that I was fully aware of what the issue was and the options for solutions. He was able to resolve the problems with 2 different doors in one visit.
Very impressed and have no hesitation in recommending!

Can’t fault Dave. We were looking for a locksmith in Hartley Wintney to replace a set of old manual keypad locks with digital Yale locks. He answered the phone straight away, provided a fixed quote over video call and within a couple of hours of giving him the go-ahead, he was at the door ready to go. He even helped with a broken nightlatch replacement on our main door. Highly recommended locksmith. Thanks again

Dave was absolutely exceptional. Got locked in and within 30 mins I was inside and the door lock mechanism all sorted. With all due respect I hope I don't need to use ur services again but if I do, your number is on my speed dial. Exceptional person!

Got locked out due to door closing behind and key left in otherside of door lock. Rang rockhopper and within 15mins they arrived here and the door was open. Also changed the way the door opens and locks for no extra cost. Would use again.
