What a fantastic service they deliver. I wasn't sure if a trainer would work for me but I was wrong. The had helped me lose weight and still continue to help me not only to loose weight but get fitter to. also need to say is you wont be told to just eat rabbit food lol the meal plans are designed round what you want and I was still able to enjoy a cheeky take with a glass of wine to
