When I joined the gym last year I took up the opportunity of a free session with a Personal Trainer and so I met Melisa. My ambition then was no more that to learn how to properly use equipment and keep a basic level of fitness. I am retired and this was a basic goal I set myself. I have been training with Melisa since February 2019. I chose Melisa because she is a runner, as well as being a personal trainer, and I wanted to improve my own running through the sessions. This has worked out really well and we have worked on strengthening the legs, core strength and improving my speed as well as overall strength and fitness.
