    Dave… where do I start?
    Well, he's a great motivator, very knowledgeable and quite funny at times.
    He pushes you to your limits even though its painful but, he does it in your best interest to get the result you desire. He's very supportive in and outside of the gym; he can create you a meal plan or even come shopping with you to inform you about proper nutrition. My time training with Dave was worth every minute and penny, I reached my goal and ready to conquer more. I now feel more confident     … – show

    Dave is an amazing PT, he is very knowledgeable and experienced. Ive trained with him for over a year now. At first I was nervous about going into the gym and he made me feel welcome and relaxed. Daves sessions are tailored to your needs and fitness levels, he challenges you but without pushing to the extreme. Each week I am overwhelmed at how much I can achieve.
