They wanted me to follow them down to there garge I went out of my way . I was there for 1 min to be told I would have to book it in so I made the choice to go out of my way go home and come back on 18th October they did back discs and motor was told change fan and they could live with noice and the gearbox I would have to speak to them . They damage my door card and window trim . On way home engine light came on and red triangle 🔺️ restricted. I was fuming . I rang them they ask me to send pics . Which I did I said can you ring tomorrow they said they will next day no phone call so I rang no reply so I sent tex . I got an argunt email from yhem stating it as had a sample of oil taken and there is nothing wrong with gear box and I am trying to get new gearbox like brake discs and pads . I was shocked with the remarks . And they stated they have done a dinostic nothing showing . So the same day I took my car for dinostic and it shown faulty gearbox and emissions the old system blocked 🚫 and in no way should have past a mot .they even stated they didn't do the mot all there cars come with 12months and all done in Nelson lie after lie . Look at over people's feed back . I am taking this company to court and sueing them . Please don't part with your hard money and give it to them go else were a respected company who cares for there customers . This company needs shutting down . Trading standards will be sent my file and rac . As well in no way should they be rac aproved .
I have paid to park on the 9th of December , I booked and paid with worldpay ,they said i would receive a receipt for entrance once the money had gone through . Bad quality work and totally unreliable, they get busy for the first 2 days and then they leave you with missing walls or no roof so you're at their mercy. If that's not enough to put you off then read on....

There were endless excuses for not turning up and when someone did turn up they didn't seem to have a clue what they are doing and his staff could be overheard moaning about having to rush jobs and get to loads of different addresses.
They smashed our glazing unit trying to install the beading, they also couldn't get all the beads in for another piece of glass so just left some of the beading off and blamed the glass company. They put in a roof lantern that took 2 months to arrive and then chipped the side of it in 2 places then denied all knowledge. The upvc window frame they installed was the wrong size so rather than get the right one they just sawed the bottom off and made a real mess of the plastic.
I told them not to come back even though I had paid in full. Some of the work they did was beyond rough and I feel let down and disrespected to say the least.

The toilets are so clean that we could eat from them (if we wanted to of course) ! The avquality of service and pricing are amazing compared to competition.
I invested over £60k in 2 of their developments and after following all their channels as advised including their panel broker.
Their panel broker Dicio said that lenders will not lend against the property. While, in the interim, notice was served.
I asked to withdraw, but Lockings their panel solicitors said that I couldn't as notice was served.

We later found after collection, there were chips in the windscreen (which were noted on a previous failed MOT). The car was also advertised as an X-Drive, which it is not. Martin replaced our old heating boiler and other related works. Both myself and wife were very pleased with the workmanship and the efficient way in which they got the work done.
