First time in the shop and not a very good experience at the checkout, tried charging me £5 for 2 pieces of string to hold safety glasses around your neck. When refused to buy them tried charging £3 more than the total of goods I was buying.

Wasn’t impressed with the customer service in this store. Bought schools shoes, the rubber soles of both shoes started to perish after only one wear, leaving a hole in one shoe. Told it was general wear and tear and no refund given.
