I had to have the company come out to me twice as one of their machines kept cutting out so they only managed to clean my sofa’s the first time. Dean tried really hard to try and get it sorted. But it was five ad they were happy to come out as soon as I was free the following week. On both occasions the staff, (Dean & Clark) were professional & reassuring. They did a fantastic job! I no would definitely call them again and would recommend their services

Had my hall & stair carpet cleaned by Scott today. He phoned to let me know he was running early & if I wanted him to come earlier or wait till my allotted time & I choose for him to come as soon as he was able. He came in & responded & interacted well to my very excited 11month pup by giving her attention to try calm her down. He went on to do a superb job on cleaning my carpet & afterwards showed me the dirty water that came out…. yuk. Again when I was making payment to him he came in showing … – show

attention to my dog to settle her down. Very professional & down to earth at the same time.
