Ordered side running boards for my Audi q5 on 28th November 2023 on a 48hr delivery so got tracking item on its way at depo then suddenly with out any reason item was sent back to them by Parcelforce no reason for this when asked on number of occasions awaiting my refund no response back wish I listened to other customers avoid this company like the plague they do not u derstand customer care sorry they do fully understand it but choose to ignore customer queries do not buy a screw from them a real

Probably the worst case of customer service I have ever come across. Be aware that the salesmen will lie to do anything to get a sale. Make sure you get anything they promise to you in writing or better still, record all your interactions. Free service packages, warranties - they mean nothing once you've bought the car. You'll get a lot of paperwork - oh yes. You will have to sign papers saying you have been informed about gap insurance, wheel insurance, tyre insurance, bodywork protection, upholstery
protection - all the extras. Everything discussed is documented and signed but the things that you want, the things you need, the things they promised you - the service package, the warranty, strangely you come away with nothing. I was promised 3 years free servicing, 3 years warranty and 8 years on the battery but when I looked into it, there was no free servicing. Do I have a warranty? I don't know, I have no paperwork. I don't even have a receipt for the car, I can't even prove I bought it other than the money going out of my account on my bank statements! I tried contacting them by email, by phone but nobody will take my calls or come back to me. I spent £67,500 on a car and a couple of weeks later they won't even do me the courtesy of returning my calls or answering my emails.
I tried complaining to Volvo directly and received this reply "Whilst Volvo Cars North London do work as a partner with Volvo Car UK, Volvo Cars North London remain an independent business and will need to review your complaint internally."
Be aware that you may think that buying a car from "Volvo North London" you will have the security of the Volvo Company behind you but you do not. Dealing with the complaint "internally" is no good if no one replies to your emails or returns your calls.
You think that buying from a "main dealer" you are avoiding all the pit falls of buying a 2nd hand car from a dodgy dealer but these dealers are the dodgiest I have ever come across. I would NEVER have bought from them had I known what sort of dodgy dealers they are. Do yourselves a favour - however "sweet" the deal may look, go buy a car from somewhere else.
Purchased a Fiat Abarth from Jay at JMV cars on 4th September 2023, upon collection i was given a check sheet showing that everything on the car was working, on the way home i found that the front drl's were faulty, interior light not working and no air con, i reported this and was given a phone number for a garage to book a repair. Car went in for repair and was told that parts were needed for the ac after a week with no car, whilst waiting for the parts i then found that the heating was not working
and the repaired drl had stopped working again, parts for ac arrived and car went back to garage, then told further investigation required, car went back again and after 3 days was told that parts needed to be ordered yet again. Car was booked in again and left at garage for 2 more weeks, collected car yesterday, no air con, no heating and dash lit up like a christmas tree and car went into limp mode, turned around and took car back again.
Now i am nearly 60 years old and have purchased many cars from dealers and this is by far the worst experience i have ever encountered. JAY the salesman just keeps telling me it is out of our hands speak to the garage, NO IT IS NOT OUT OF YOUR HANDS I PURCHASED THE CAR IN GOOD FAITH FROM JMV NOT YOUR MECHANIC AND WAS SOLD NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.So in 10 weeks of ownership my car has spent 24 days so far in JMV garage for repair and they are simply not interested in getting this sorted, just get told use the warranty that actually expires soon and only covers up to £500, therefore why should i have to pay for something that should have been working as stated when Sold and i should be speaking to JMV cars and not a mechanic as this is their problem but they have the attitude of got your money see you later.I have posted a one star review as not allowed to put zero.

When I arrived to my appointment to see Dr Laura silver she was on her mobile on my visit her work was very poor she has no regard to high standards the scale cleaning was poorly as she seemed to be in a hurry my filling part of it came away food gets lodged in all the fillings she went ahead with. I paid to become a member at Halfords and was told this entitles me to free fuse changes.I was informed it takes over a month to have a fuse changed. Receptionist rude, machanic rude. Would never go back there, or indeed any other Halfords because they clearly don’t care about how staff treat customers

Absolutely awful. Reglazed my frames with the highest specification lenses from these guys that cost close to £300. Within 6 months, the scratch proof coating had come off. Went back to them and they said there’s nothing they can do about it as it's not within their 100-day guarantee.

A big No. Wilson Hawkins (WH) have been property managers for my flat in Hounslow, since 2014. And ever since then the service have been so pathetic, the properties have gone really low on valuation. There are problems with security (flimsy doors and repairs), lifts (Lifts are non-operational for atleast 3 months in an year), non-working lift emergency phone, unexplained accounts, no solution for fly-tipping, rubbish clearance, hiding/misleading information about day to day management.
Would like to leave a review for Stefan Sutherland although Stefan was not on call this weekend he went above and beyond the call of duty (as always) to speak to his client (my son) who was being held in police custody. Great friendly local service from Bexley Van Hire. Was easy and straightforward to book, good value with no hidden charges. The staff are welcoming and helpful. I hired a short wheel base van for the day and it was convenient to be able to drop off the same day or following morning for no extra cost. Very happy with the service and great to be able to park safely in the grounds of the car parking area for free.
I have been using this company for a while and my last experience left me in shock. Dee cut my dog's nail too short, I had to take him to the vets as he was in so much pain. He had to have an injection and pain medication to take home. the vet confirmed that it's been caused by the nail clipping. I told Dee about this, she told me her husband is refusing to cover the vet bill and froze her account. There was no apology from her. She told me that she is insured but still refusing to cover the bill

I've been using The entertainment Providers the last year, at my care home where I work, and they never stop to amaze me. The entertainers are friendly and most important, they interact with our residents. The shows are always amazing with costume changes and comedy and not to mention the singing voices!! I purchased a SuperSoco CuX electric moped from green-mopeds.com and my experience from the very beginning has been nothing short of alarming.
Upon receiving my moped, I was dismayed to find it defective and potentially life-threatening. Astonishingly, the dealer only has three primary assembly tasks, and they botched them. The handlebars and front wheel spindle, vital components for safe operation, hadn't been appropriately tightened. Within days, the handlebars began to shift alarmingly. If
this had continued unchecked, a jammed bolt could have locked the forks, leading to a severe, even catastrophic accident.
Their response to this severe oversight? A casual recommendation for a DIY fix, which is a far cry from the professional service one expects when purchasing a brand-new vehicle.
Another glaring oversight was the cross-threaded fixing on the front panel - leaving it rattling. While not inherently dangerous, it was a testament to the careless assembly and disregard for quality assurance.
In the year that I've owned this moped, it's been a cascade of issues: intermittent power cutouts, persistent battery error lights, unpredictable power delivery, and a disconcerting decrease in battery range. Annoyingly, a quarter of this time, the bike was with either the manufacturer or green-mopeds.com for repairs.
After a recent three-week stay with green-mopeds, the moped was returned with a faulty front brake, the very problem I'd flagged. It's clear they hadn't thoroughly inspected or tested the vehicle despite my very precise description of the problem. Despite this extended repair time, they managed to rectify only one of the multiple issues I reported.
Throughout this tumultuous year, the moped has never been in perfect working order. When I sought a full refund, their offer was paltry - a mere half of its original value after only a year and 2,000 miles. If we were to base the bike's life expectancy on this valuation, it suggests a laughable lifespan of 2 years and 4,000 miles.
I urge potential customers to consider their safety and peace of mind. Purchasing from green-mopeds.com was an exercise in frustration, disappointment, and genuine concern for my well-being. Their dismissive stance on grave safety issues and their consistent inability to rectify problems is not only unprofessional but dangerously negligent.
I`ve had a truly terrible experience here. The facts are , I`ve spend £3500 over nine months and still did not have a vehicle that was repaired and out of limp mode. I think Damian had neither the diagnostic skills or knowledge to do more than just change part after part , many of which I believe were not faulty. He has blamed the vehicle and its design for being unable to repair it over such a long time with so much expense to me. At no time has he taken any responsibility for his inability to
repair my vehicle although he did reduce the final invoice by £45 ! I have spent other moneys on replacement vehicles and Ubers to and from his garage. Eventually I had to cut my losses and get another vehicle . I would avoid this garage and the main dealer would have been much cheaper and much much quicker.

I went to West Wickham garage first where I have been received very poorly there didn't bother to check my car and I was turned to Bromley but they was overbooked so my only option was to go to Sydenham where a real gentlemen called Adam Clements was an absolute saviour I recently visited kwik Fix Car Garage for some repairs on my vehicle, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I was not even booked but due to the fact my car exhausts

AVOID AVOID AVOID! wish I'd seen the reviews before I ever had the misfortune to deal with this sham company. Purchased a phone 30th August and despite constant assurances of imminent delivery for over 2 weeks I eventually cancelled. They rarely pick up the phone I called over 80 times for them only to pick up 8. The refund process took a further of me constantly chasing them. NEVER AGAIN.
I have used McAfee for 20 years on all of my computers and loaded the free version on dozens of machines for non profit work. I've never experienced a problem in all the time I've had it installed. I wish I could say that for other apps and programs.
Communication was quite problematic. Leading up to our stay, I had to follow up several times to get the necessary information, such as confirmation about early check-in and bag storage, catered meals, and a cooking class.
Once we arrived, we discovered that there were several instances where you gave me inaccurate or flat out wrong information. For one, I was not told about the €3000 CASH deposit that we needed to pay upon arrival.
The welcome documents that were provided ahead of our visit
had the wrong address for the villa and the menu for a different villa — the cost of the meal service was vastly more expensive plus the food costs were separate.
We were provided a mailing address to send a birthday gift that was incorrect and so the gift never arrived. There was no accountability for this. The villa managers and the Sicilian Villa company both blamed the other for the wrong address.
Overall, the communication was not up to the standard you would expect from an experience of this caliber.

Very disappointed my son was not treated with dignity his ashes still haven’t been collected after 9 day i lived in Liverpool and needed to make arrangements to go to London to collect them when I spoke to someone they well try and collect them this week but never rang back so I ended up going to the crematorium to collect them myself

Gabs and the team at Greenham Motors are like the "Fourth Emergency Service" in our area. We, and many of our neighbours, have relied on them for years to take care of our vehicles from flat tires, dead batteries, MOTs and services. It is rare in today's world to find people so reliable, honest and dedicated. Small problems are often met with a "It's fine no charge its sorted - bring it in for next service" while bigger jobs are priced honestly with none of the add-ons and cost bloat you get hit
for by the main dealers and big chains. Just drop in a key and is sorted.
Surprised that anyone would leave a good review for this branch. The staff are rude and don’t listen when you try to explain things. I had huge problems whilst renting from them they incorrectly charged me near to £1000 because they wouldn’t listen. On three different occasions. When I got someone to actually listen a manager I was refunded. Also depending on how you speak to you will get a different response. This happened a number of times also they try to give you old cars they tried to give
me a 2019 car which barely had electric windows. No CarPlay no satnav because the disc had been stolen. Yet for this heap of junk they charge the same money as if it was a 23 plate with all extras. COWBOY ROOFERS ******AVOID******
This firm installed a GRP roof to my property, in February 2014.
The documentation shows a 50 year guarantee-and a 10 year insurance backed guarantee.
Despite the flashy website and posh London address, which is nothing more than a room over a shop with a young girl manning the phone for a number of shady outfits, research shows that this company is a one man band with a couple of gofers working out of a private house just outside of Boston, Lincolnshire!
In May 2022, 8 years after the installation, there was water ingress from the roof. This has entered the electrics on the landing and caused light bulbs to fill with water and blowing necessitating renewal.
A telephone call on the telephone number provided, on 23rd May, resulted in assurances that we would get a call back and an inspection arranged.
This was not received.
I made continuous calls both to the office and to the firms owner Martin Smalley.
These were to the office on:-

29th June (Whereby I was assured that the inspection would be carried out in a couple of days. This did not happen and I received no communication.)
And on 7th July. One week later, when I called at 09.40 and left a voicemail requesting a call back ASAP, which did not happen, and again when I called at 15.45 and spoke to Martin Smalley, who stated that he thought that the inspection had been done. I explained that I had not left the property since our last call. During all of that time, I did not have anyone on the roof. He stated that he would call me back when he found out what had happened. Again he assured me that I would receive his call and that it would be before "Close of Play today". Of course, I received no such call.
On 8th July, I received a text message stating that the inspection would be carried out on Monday 11th July in the morning.
On Monday 11th July, I received another text message stating that it would not be until the afternoon. I was at the property all day, no one came. I texted back at 5.54pm asking how long I had to wait for the fitters to arrive, I received no reply.
At 8.53pm I gave up.
On Tuesday 12th July, I phoned again at 9.34am.I was told that Martin was on the other phone and he would call me back in two minutes. I called back at 10.05am and was told that he was on to the fitters on another job and trying to divert them to me. He would call me back in a few minutes when he was done.
At 11.44am, I had still not heard from Martin and I phoned again. I got his voicemail. I left another message in frustration.
I phoned again at 11.51am, same response.
At 12.25pm, I phoned again, and again and again until Martin eventually picked up. He assured me that the fitters would be here at 9am tomorrow Wednesday 13th July.
Eventually, on 15th July, fitters from the company arrived in a battered old van held together by the rust and inspected the roof. They stated that the issue was with the neighbouring property and therefore not their responsibility.
After 8 weeks, we were no closer to fixing the leak.
The neighbour was consulted and his roof, whilst old was found to be watertight.
In the meantime, my property had been rented out and was in the hands of letting agents.
On 7th November 2022, the new tenants reported water ingress and water staining to top floor bedrooms.
Another round of phone calls and emails which resulted in a email on Tuesday 6th December asking if the roof had been made watertight yet.
I got a reply stating that the roof had had remedial work 4 days earlier and was now watertight.
Within a week, the tenants reported further water ingress. Yet another round of phone calls and emails, but by now there was no response from Martin Smalley or I-Tec.
Despite there allegedly being 50 year guarantee and a 10 year insurance backed guarantee, the company made no attempt to involve the insurance company and at no time provided any certificate of insurance or Insurance Company Name to pursue this. I am of the opinion that no such Insurance exists.
As a result of the lack of any response from I-Tec and a leaky roof with irate tenants under it, a full survey from a reputable professional was undertaken and as a result of that, a reputable roofer was employed to tear the whole roof off and replace it with one that was actually fit for purpose.
Hours and hours have been wasted on dealing with this matter, which clearly was never going to be addressed by this outfit.
If you have read this far, just one word……….DON’T
I literally cannot express how terrible and frustrating it has been trying to work with Muve to get a sale and purchase transacted. Genuinely unbelievably bad levels of customer service and basic competence. Impossible to get through to anyone, everything is offshored to India or Sri Lanka, you have to chase for every piece of information, the online portal is so bad it must be designed by amateurs. one truck pony barbers … can only produce Buzz haircuts..ie military haircuts.. no skill of using basic scissors haircuts…gives bad name to Turkish barbers …i show a photo of hair cut desired… outcome not remotely close to photo presented, 5 cm too short…. came out of this establishment with uneven haircut….and afro standing up hair in all directions…. any hair cut above setting 4 or 5 ..would not recommend…came home watch youtube videos on how to cut hair with scissors and managed produce good
Majid and Ryan are dishonest individuals who are taking honest peoples money and not delivering. They took 20 weeks to install my windows.
Decor home improvement took a substantial sum of money from us and left my family feeling anxious and unsafe in our home. They are now not answering any calls from us or responding to our numerous messages.
We have been left with the following issues:
No front door
Windows that got damaged during installation and don't close properly
Patio doors that don't
Unfinished windows installed
We have paid for everything the above is still outstanding. Additionally, they lied and told us they placed our order for our front door but I called the company directly who informed me they cancelled this order.
They claim to have accreditations which is a lie, I called and they have been revoked due to complaints. They took my money and did not deliver the goods.
Do not go here worst experience EVER!!!! I went to receive a massage and feel relaxed and left feeling that I got beat up. Firstly the first masseuse had no clue what she was doing and was literally just rubbing my body with oil I requested for her to put some effort into the massage which she was unable to do so I requested for the masseuse to be changed. The masseuse was changed to the receptionists who gave a slightly better massage however answered her phone twice whilst in the middle of my
session the sink had problems and was consistently bubbling up making noise and she spent a lot of time slapping me and putting her knees into my body as apposed to actually giving me a massage. I was also cut short of 15 minutes and when I brought up the fact that she had finish early and raised my complaints she went and checked the cctv and told me she could give me 5 more minutes which I refused to take my clothes back off. I addressed all my issues with the owner who didn’t seem to care and walked away from me mid conversation. Luckily for them they made me pay beforehand otherwise I would never have paid the full £50 as it wasn’t even worth half.

I asked the worker at the shop to fix my bike brakes he accepted to do the job but did not give me a receipt. When I went back a couple of weeks later he said he didn't have my bike and that he never saw me before. When I confronted him and asked for an explanation he threatened to go after my father, my brother and my business a chased me and my friend in the street. A bystander who wintnessed the scene told me she saw this happening before so I assume I'm not the only victim
of this scam. I had to report him to the police. Please beware and stay away.

Sorry for taking so long to write this review Myan. I accidentally went through a deep puddle at speed at night resulting in all manner of problems which took their time to unfold as each time I thought the car was fixed and I got it back, another problem emerged but Myan and his crew persevered and finally it was ok and saved from the junkyard. Today, me,my little brother and my cousin decided that after almost 2 years without going back to this establishment we would go back to try and make some fun out of this day. Upon arrival we were greeted by a man who asked us if we were Trying to get in. To which we replied that we were. Another man by the name of kieran (not sure on the spelling) asked for our names so he could “check the system “ he came back and said that only my brother could go into the playground. I then called my mum who
confirmed she had registered the three of us for the playground. This left us confused and distraught.

We used the Collier Row branch of this Funeral Directors for our Mother's funeral. Right at the start of the funeral the Pall Bearers did not act professionally in our view and nearly dropped the coffin. The audible groaning from one of them was both unprofessional and upsetting for all to witness. We have lodged a complaint but this was not upheld by SAIF, who have sided with the Funeral Directors. This is both upsetting and disappointing. We feel our review is fair and we have thought it through

Before going in for my HIFU treatment I did some reading about the procedure, particularly about the side effects. One that had me a bit worried was being blotchy and red as I do have sensitive skin. However, Flavio was so gentle that I didn’t experience any redness after the treatment or pain during the procedure. I attended the e-learning platform for its PMP certifications, and found them very useful because I was almost immediately able to land a new job in a reputed company as a Project Management Professional. The tattoo artist called Manuel was doing a cover up tattoo for me and made the experience dreadful. Although he finished the tattoo (which is currently healing now, so time will tell what it eventually will look like) his conduct was completely unprofessional. Manuel lied to me which was very unecessary and could have been completely clear with me from the start. For example, I wanted to speak with him the following day after my tattoo was done about something very briefly and made it clear that
the phone call would be brief. Manuel said due to being busy all day I should call him after 11pm. As late as this was this is what he said I should do. Then when the time came and I called him Manuel avoided answering my calls and started saying things such as "Its late now". "I dont have to answer my phone". "What if I was having sex". "I am not thinking about his mental health". Understandably I was shocked as this made no sense at all and was extremely unprofessional. To speak to a client like that who only made contact at that time due to him asking me to was very bizzare. So, my tattoo experience was very disappointing to say the least and Manuel who I actually thought was nice turned out to be completely horrible and quite vulgar, actually. To think, I tipped him £10 as I appreciated his work and wanted to show my gratitude. I should not have bothered as he definitely did not deserve it. I have expressed my views to Yasmin - the shop owner who is also very rude and extremely hypercritical as she expects you to have respect for her, yet does not give you the same respect she wants for herself.
I explained to both Manuel and Yasmin that I already had a terrible experience when I initially got my tattoo done. Then had a further terrible experience with two other employees of Yasmin's called Shaz who was dreadful and Samuel who seemed quite inexperienced and did not know how to use the numbing spray the right way. This resulted in me being in significant pain during the tattoo process. So, I really thought Manuel would be the third and best person to end such a horrendous experience, but all he has done is made the experience much worse for me by being dishonest and lying unnecessarily. Yasmin's answer to this was "It's called customer service as no one will say they don't want to see you again to your face!" So with a boss that has views like that is it any wonder that Manuel has zero manners! I guess not!
The fact that Manuel lied to me the following day after my tattoo was done speaks volumes - as he did not need to contact me back at all if he really did not want to. However, he did contact me making out like he wanted to speak with me and then started acting completely out of character, and was incredibly rude and vulgar. Both Manuel and Yasmin are no good, they are completely unprofessional and made my tattoo experience a bad one.
Wrong number for the company. I am getting customers calling me very frequently and I am sure they must be loosing alot of money as there has been people ringing for months.

We brought a Honda sub rf08 ceu the car needs work doing to the car we ring the seller and the seller responds back saying he has not taken out the warranty now we are left with 1000 plus mechanic bills we have brought 4 months ago he said would I like to purchase warranty with will be covered for 18 months I thought this would be god some peace of mind so I purchased the warranty with the seller surrey automobile and went to take a claim out and the seller has not taken the warranty out so now

Poor experience here. I needed to return my expired passport to the passport office. I asked to send it back as 'Signed for' as suggested by the passport office guidelines. I was asked to pay £6.80 for a secure guaranteed service. This was not I had asked for. The next price offered to me was was a bit lower but still not just the 'signed for' service I had asked for. On third time of asking I was charged the 'first class signed for' rate but without being offered a second class option. A couple
of days later I went through the same process when returning my daughter's passport. I was served by a different member of staff but again they tried to charge me starting with a price of £6.80. This time the next price i was offered was a price for a large letter even though the envelope was by my reckoning clearly a small letter. I felt like this place was trying to rip me off and their policy seems to be charge as much as they can unless the price is challenged. Secondly, I used the photo machine in the post office for my new passport photo. I paid £5 for this service which gives you a code to type into your passport application so the passport office can upload the photo directly, electronically. My photo has since been rejected by the passport office stating that the photo resolution is not high enough and also because it says the photo looks black & white. As this is a proper photo booth set up for passport photos I do not expect the colour or resolution of the image not to meet the required standard. I would definitely NOT recommend using Crayford post office for these services.
I started my journey of applying for a job through Steve Thorpe at Adept Recruitment and I have been so impressed with his professionalism and the way he helped me through each step of the process. He was so pleasant and encouraging and always provided me with all the information that I needed to help on my journey of researching the role, understanding the work and commitment involved and how to approach and prepare for the interview. There is nothing he overlooked, which would help me to attain
a successful outcome. Due to the importance of the role applied for, it was a fairly long and involved process but Steve made it so much easier to complete. In the end, I was successful at interview and was offered the role. I know Steve would say this was down to my hard work at doing the background work and researching the company and the role but his amazing knowledge of the job role and his commitment to ensuring applicants have all they require to be successful, without any doubt, went a long way to ensuring this success. I would like to thank him very much for all the help he gave me and am looking forward to starting this new position.
I would steer clear of this garage. They damaged my vehicle and argued with me that the damage was cosmetic and has no bearing on the way it functions. My argument is that it should not matter - if they have damaged it then they should repair it.
I gave them ample opportunity to return the vehicle's condition back to the way it was before they touched it, which was met with empty promises of them getting back to me, which they never did!
Absolutely dreadful, untrustworthy company. Inept when it comes to their own policies and procedures - different staff give different advice, and they will attempt to pressure you into taking extremely expensive insurance. They lied about their refund process being instant and my bank say that SurPrice never sent them a reversal of the transaction, which means that my £1,500 deposit for a car I was never able to collect will be held for 30 days. SurPrice do not answer email enquires.
