Truly gobsmacked at the service I received given the other reviews. Three people turned up to my one bedroom flat where only the bathroom and kitchen were to be cleaned and when I came home I couldn’t see a single thing that had actually been cleaned. The kitchen floor wasn’t mopped, counters and sink not cleaned, shower glass not touched, hair that wasn’t even mine in the bath, and they refused to clean the shower tiles as this is only done during a “deep clean”. I have literally no idea what i s meant to be included — following the clean I asked for this information, and it wasn’t provided. Neither was a refund of the £49 as Susan the organiser just ignored me after I said I didn’t want to continue with the service. Disgraceful, please avoid. … – show
