Great location with plenty of parking outside. Rachel was lovely and the house was very clean and tidy. Will stay again.

My dad has been a regular customer of Air Transat for 20 years. Over the last two years both the in flight service and the flight scheduling from Vancouver to Europe have become painful. So, he will no longer use Air Transat.

Room heating wasn't worming so staff gave me portable heater however it was still cold in the room. The bathroom air vent was blocked with dust and the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. I will never stay here again really disappointed.

Very Poor Service
Wanted to charge me 5 pounds for receiving money through RIA
On arguing still ended charging me 3 pounds.
So, received 3 pounds less than the actual amount to be received.

…Next time might forgo the trips and enjoy the swimming and leisure spa. All in all a very enjoyable trip, beautiful weather too Thank you
