Not worth paying for the premium. The value add just isn't there. Once you are on the trip and a problem occurs, they tell you to deal with the accommodation management directly, defeating the whole purpose of booking with them in the first place.

I Stayed at River Heights in August and thought it was fantastic. I come to Glasgow on Business quite a lot and usually stay at a hotel but found Holiday Home Glasgow on Facebook and thought Id give it a go.

Lovely one night stay here, service was great and they were so helpful. Room was small but nice and it was clean! Breakfast was nice too.

These guys cancelled my booking so they could re-book it for a higher rate during a busy period. It was a reservation I had for 7 months. Very very frustrated. Don't trust them.
