Staff are like robots no personality/no sense of humour… the room was terrible no atmosphere & not a lot of thought put into the game. Hope street/merchant square escape rooms are by far better

Handy wee gym. Can be busy at times though. Swimming pool more for kids. Parking is horrendous.

Always end up getting asked to vacate the toddler pool so have to take my babies into the large pool which is a pain.

Not worth paying for the premium. The value add just isn't there. Once you are on the trip and a problem occurs, they tell you to deal with the accommodation management directly, defeating the whole purpose of booking with them in the first place.
