There are no Marley trained roofers employed by the company as promised in the advert I responded too,the 10 year warranty is useless if they will not even respond or a acknowledge you complaint.Ive now tried by every means possible for 2 weeks.
Also as this is a LTD company if it gets disolved your 10 year warranty disolve's with it.
I found out this Company Clyde works LTD has no employees,it is just one man who sells you the product then passed the job onto small contractors who do the work. As far as the Warranty goes consider the fact this Company has only existed for 2 years.I am £6500 out of pocket and will now have to get a better longer established company with a proven track record to do it again if I can find the money. I could go on about all the reasons why you should not use this company but just remember if a price seems to good to be true it usually is, Avoid. Avoid Avoid.
