    Jon was able to talk me through everything of what i needed to do on the phone so he would be able to access the problem of what is wrong with my lock. He was good with time keeping of getting to our house quickly and able to look at every possibility of what could be wrong with the door, that 2 other locksmiths couldn’t do. He was able to fix the lock to our door in no time! Thank you for your time and dedication of helping keep our house safe snd secure for our son! 10/10!!

    Fast, professional, friendly service. Resolved tricky locked-in situation with very little damage to the door or frame, all of which was fixed before leaving.

    Jon gave us great communication and made it to the house in the time he said he would. He was fair and precise, managed to let us back in the house and realign the door in no time. Number is now saved for a rainy day

    Experienced, qualified, responsive and well-equipped.
    Active Locks are far more likely to open or repair your lock than someone with a big drill and a van full of locks for sale. If you do need new or additional locks fitted, they have good quality products on board. They leave everything very clean and tidy too.

    Jonathan was everything I could ask for when I needed a new lock on my front door: responsive, quick, polite, effective and good value for money. I called him in the morning and by mid-afternoon, I had a new lock. I would definitely recommend.

    I'd locked myself out of the house, he was with me in under 15 mins of calling and managed to open the door with no damage and quickly. Very happy with the service and speed

    Excellent service, highly recommended! Needed a lock replaced at a tenants flat, they did not demand a call out charge, turned up the next day as planned, called me and provided me with a quote BEFORE they started work and completed everything within a matter of minutes. What's not to like! will 100% use again.

    The locksmith arrived at my house just 15 minutes after I (stupidly!) pulled the front door shut with a key still on the inside! (This meant I couldn't get my own key in to unlock it again). He got the door open very quickly, with no damage whatsoever to either the door or the lock. At my own request, he supplied and fitted a new cylinder lock, which has an internal 'thumb-wheel'.     Had a key wedged in a motorcycle ignition. Spent several hours with AA trying to remove it with no success. Jon came round and within 30 minutes had solved the problem for me. I thought I was in for a new ignition cost but was thankfully was rescued. Really nice guy, very reasonable (if not cheap) for the service. Would be happy to use this firm again and will be recommending Jon to whoever will listen. Many thanks.

    Fantastic company — my husband and I were locked out, Active Lock Centre arrived in 10mins and we were in less than 10mins after that — no broken lock or damage and a flat fee that was cheaper than other quotes when we called around. Highly recommend!

    Jon was extremely professional and friendly, opened the lock without breaking anything, it was clear that he knew exactly what to do and got on with it quickly. Reasonable rates, no hidden extras. Would recommend highly.
