Avoid. They destroyed my phone. Since replacing my battery the phone would turn off and not turn on until plugged in. They lied about replacing my battery and then replaced it with another faulty one.

An absolute shambles of a company. Sold us a dream and delivered a nitemare. I would absolutely NOT recommend. We paid a deposit in November with work due to commence early January to coincide with building work we were having done. After chasing multiple times they turned up unannounced in March. Did a bit of work then disappeared again. This happened A LOT and they usually showed up with no warning. They just assumed we would be home at all times. They also did not turn up when we were expecting

them. They managed to order incorrect pipe work for the air con AND instal it!. They also ordered the wrong clips for the solar panels!. So say experts. Their team paid no regard to our property, carpets were left dirty, hand prints on walls, marks on ceilings. They brought filthy dust sheets into our home which made it worse, absolutely unbelievable. We have no proof but some other damage was sustained during their presence. Carpets were paid for to be cleaned by them. The director, Ehjaz, is a rude bully who tried to get our electrician to connect up the equipment, which they are not qualified to do, due to the fact their electrician was off sick with stress!. We had to supply our own electrician to provide all the cable work for the air con, air source heat pump and solar panels. Pink supplied incorrect information to our electrician so once again it had to be redone at our expense. By the time we had arranged an electrician it became apparent that we required to instal 3 phase supply to our property to deal with the demand of the equipment being sullied and our new kitchen extension. Had they bothered to complete the application to GTC correctly it would have been apparent, instead they just “assumed” we would use the average supply for a standard 4 bed house. We were very fortunate that we were able to arrange the 3 phase supply at fairly short notice but it was an extremely stressful period of time and was not easy to sort out having never done this before. It also cost us approx £10k more to arrange along with the rewriting required. We have a large executive build and as previously stated having an extension. They were fully aware of this as we originally wanted air-con in the kitchen.We were advised by Aiden that “this would not be a problem”, we can do that” & “don’t worry”. Aiden is an excellent sales man! We should have listened to our builder as it was in fact impossible to instal. Had we know this we probably wouldn’t have rushed into working with this company but shopped around a lot more. We had to halt the installations due to waiting for the 3 phase supply. The only system up and running by June was the air source heat pump. This our electrician managed to arrange as we needed our boiler removed in time for the kitchen installation. They did not remove their waste but used our builders skip or just chucked it on our drive. Again this cost us more money as we had to pay for additional skips. We complained a the only thing thy did get collected were the radiators, no doubt as worth scrap value, and maybe a small amount of cardboard. Once we had 3 phase installed Pink sent their electrician out to complete the works and he ended up having to re-do a lot of the work as it had been done incorrectly. I have to say that “Chip” was extremely helpful and sorted out all the issues we had been left with. We did change some of the installation as we were waiting for the 3 phase supply and and moved the batteries & inverter into our garage. Again our electrician and Chip handled this and did an excellent job. The equipment they supplied is of excellent quality and works well, but any other company can instal this. The work was eventually completed in mid August. We paid in full and still had to chase several times for our paperwork & certificates so building control could sign off the work. They will probably say that I am a “Crazy Woman”, well they certainly drove me crazy!. I had many sleepless nights, stress & anxiety that was completely unnecessary. We had no issues with our builder whatsoever.

Absolutely love this place paid £7 for my car to be cleaned which was filthy before hand and left with a sparkling white car. Definitely worth the money and the staff are so friendly. Reccomended this to my friends and we too hers here to and sage to sage her car was shining and was so clean. Best car way in fishponds by far!
